- Our website address is https://brickwoodam.com/. Always type the address in yourself rather than clicking on a link sent via email or text.
- Use only the official contact information listed on our website to contact us.
- The email address domain for Brickwood is @brickwoodam.com.
- We do NOT operate any WhatsApp discussion groups or investment forums, any communication claiming to represent us via WhatsApp or similar platforms is unauthorised and fraudulent. Never share personal or financial information with anyone claiming to represent us on WhatsApp or other messaging apps.
- The only social media channel Brickwood uses is LinkedIn. Posts will come directly via the Brickwood account.
- Please note we do not offer any cryptocurrency products. We are seeing an increasing number of crypto related scams.
- We do not encourage you to send sensitive documentation via email, but, we do encourage any email attachments to be sent password protected.

General Guidance for Staying Secure
Be alert to phishing and fraud
- Never share personal or secure information via email or phone.
- Watch for domain spoofing: scammers use similar-looking domain names or websites to trick you. Always double-check URLs for spelling or extra characters.

- Hover over email links to check the true URL before clicking.
- Type URLs manually or use official sources.
- If entering sensitive data, ensure the site is secure (https:// and padlock).
- Note: SSL padlock alone isn’t enough—check the certificate for Extended Validation (EV) or Organisation Validation (OV) for trusted sites.
Protect your devices and accounts
